💖 Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits will be applied toward your service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ⏰ Late Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After every 5-minutes youll be charged $5 • Arrivals 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or canceled depending on my schedule. • Repeated tardiness may result in booking restrictions. 💅 Nail Appointments • If you have product from another nail artist or need a soak-off, please book the appropriate removal service. • Gel-X clients receive a complimentary soak-off only if the previous Gel-X set was applied by me. • Nail art is priced separately based on the selected design tier. 🦋 Lash Appointments • Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, mascara, and oils. • Foreign lash fills may require a removal and full set depending on the condition of the existing extensions. 🩷 Guests • Due to limited space, one guest is permitted with prior approval. 🛠️ Repairs • Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of your appointment for issues related to application (not accidental damage). 🏡 Studio Information • Address will be sent 2-3 days before appointment 💳 Payment Methods Cash • Card • Venmo • Cash App Thank you for supporting Gloss Room Co. CANCELLATION POLICY
⏰ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Every 5 minutes late is additional $5 fee. After 15 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on my schedule. A late fee may apply. I will not shorten another client’s appointment to accommodate late arrivals. 📅 Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in being unable to book future appointments. 💖 Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
